We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our team in building next-generation AI solutions for natural resource analysis using satellite imagery. You’ll work on meaningful challenges at the intersection of geospatial data, machine learning, and environmental impact, helping us develop intelligent tools for sustainable decision-making.
As part of a dynamic, international team, you will design and deploy machine learning models on cloud-native infrastructure (AWS), process large-scale satellite and geospatial datasets, and contribute to a highly innovative product environment.

Design and develop AI models for analyzing natural resources through satellite imagery
Collaborate with natural resource and domain experts to ensure scientific relevance
Continuously evaluate, test, and improve model performance
Document methodologies, codebases, and training processes for transparency and reproducibility
Proven experience in AI/ML development
Strong Python programming skills with knowledge of key ML libraries
Familiarity with MLflow or similar open-source tools for model management
Experience with geospatial libraries.
Hands-on experience with satellite imagery or remote sensing data
Knowledge of AWS cloud services
Background in environmental modeling or natural resource science
Experience in computer vision for remote sensing applications
Ability to communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Independent and self-organized working style
Genuine interest in applying AI to sustainability and environmental challenges
